You may be aware that some areas of ESG development are more advanced in Europe, ICSD U.K. ESG Watch is launched to give our members updates on ESG-related practices and news in the U.K. and EU. The first one is about the serious consequences of cheating on emission data by BMW diesel vehicles. Some legal firms offered the vehicle owners a "No Win No Fee" claim against BMW for the chance to get up to GBP10,000- compensation!
