Membership Reactivation

Reactivation Policy for ICSD Membership

International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD) values its members and their ongoing commitment to sustainability. To maintain the integrity and continuity of membership, the following reactivation policy applies to members whose membership has lapsed:

1. Eligibility for Reactivation

After membership has lapsed, members will no longer be able to use the Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) designation and enjoy other membership benefits. Members may apply for reactivation of their membership from the date it has lapsed.

2. Reactivation Process

To reactivate a lapsed membership, members must:

Submit a formal email request to ICSD at info@icsd-global.org.
Pay the applicable reactivation fee for each year the membership has lapsed (see Section 3 below).
Provide any documentation required by ICSD if necessary.

3. Reactivation Fee

A reactivation fee of HK$300 will be charged for each year of lapsed membership. This fee is in addition to the annual membership dues for the current year.

Example: If a membership has lapsed for two years, the member will need to pay:

HK$600 (HK$300 × 2 years) as reactivation fees; and
Current year’s membership dues

Waiver of Reactivation Fee
In special circumstances, such as health issues, or force majeure events, members may apply for a waiver of the reactivation fee. Please submit a formal application to info@icsd-global.org with the relevant supporting documents. ICSD will review and approve each case individually.

4. Membership Reactivation

Upon approval of the reactivation application and receipt of the necessary payments, the membership will be reactivated with all associated rights and benefits, including authorization to use the Certified ESG Planner CEP® designation and other members’ benefits.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Reactivation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
